Antioxidant SBM,chemical name stearoyl benzoyl methane SBM , PVC auxiliary heat stabilizer (SBM) is mainly suitable for composite calcium zinc and rare earth heat stable system. It has the effect of inhibiting initial coloring, preventing "zinc burning" and improving heat stability. It has good synergistic effect with auxiliary heat stabilizers such as epoxy soybean oil and phosphite. It can be prefabricated into composite calcium zinc or composite rare earth heat stabilizers with main stabilizers of calcium, zinc soap or rare earth soap, as well as auxiliary heat stabilizers such as phosphite ester and epoxy oil. It can also be directly used in PVC resin with various single component stabilizers according to the determined formula. Compared with DBM, SBM has higher stability and more significant color inhibition ability in later stage. The recommended dosage is about 3% - 5% of the main stable dosage of calcium, zinc soap or rare earth soap. The actual dosage is determined by the user through experiments.
