PVC Processing Aid is a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN)-based processing aid. It promotes uniform plasticization of PVC resin, significantly improves melt strength and flowability, and delivers excellent processability and high surface gloss. It is widely used in the production of rigid PVC products such as SPC.

PVC Processing Aid exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC, reduces interparticle friction, significantly shortens plasticization time, lowers processing temperature, and improves production efficiency.

It reduces melt viscosity, improves the strength and flowability of PVC melt, lowers extrusion torque and energy consumption, prevents melt fracture, and ensures more stable and controllable extrusion molding.

PVC Processing Aid imparts superior surface gloss to the product, eliminating fish-eye defects, flow marks, and white spots while reducing surface imperfections, thereby significantly enhancing gloss and smoothness.
