This MBS impact modifier is tailored for transparent PVC sheets, adopting classic core-shell polymer structure. The internal butadiene rubber layer greatly improves the anti-cracking performance of thin transparent sheets, and the outer hard polymer shell ensures it blends evenly into PVC base material while maintaining high light transmittance of finished sheets. It will not cause fogging or yellowing to transparent products under proper processing conditions. The modifier cooperates well with most PVC thermal stabilizers and lubricants. It optimizes the plasticizing state during sheet extrusion and improves the surface finish of extruded sheets. It is the ideal toughening additive for various transparent PVC sheets, including packaging sheets, interior decorative transparent panels and blister sheets.
