MBS impact modifier is the tercopolymer of methyl methacrylate(M), butadiene(B),styrene(S) , mainly used in  the process of rigid PVC. The main characteristics of MBS is that it offers PVC products with high impact resistance, high transparency, good processability and reduced gelation time and less crease-whitening

MBS IMPACT MODIFIER provides outstanding impact resistance at relatively low loading levels, making it highly cost-effective.

MBS Impact Modifier has high transparency: the refractive index of MBS resin is highly matched with PVC, which neither scatters visible light nor forms a matte surface at the interface.

Good processing performance: The core-shell structure of MBS enables rapid compatibility with PVC at conventional process temperatures such as extrusion, injection molding, and vacuum forming, reducing melt viscosity, minimizing head pressure and torque fluctuations, significantly increasing production capacity and reducing energy consumption
