Product Description

Calcium stearate is white, fine powder, nontoxic, insoluble in water, cold ethanol, ether, soluble in hot benzene, slightly soluble in hot ethanol. It can easily absorb water in air and be slowly decomposed at 400. When mixed with hot and strong acid, it can be decomposed into stearic acid and corresponding salts.
